It’s almost time for Mandela Day and our next Servolution program, where we reach out into our community with the love of Jesus.
Once again we will be heading out into our city to bless people on Saturday, 18th July. If you would like to be a part of this Servolution initiative, you can choose one or more of these different ways to participate:
1) Summerfield Retirement Village, Jukskei Park
Join us we visit Summerfield Retirement Village where we will spread love and joy to the senior citizens residing there. We will be spending our time ministering and playing Bingo with these wonderful individuals. Come and be part of this heart-warming experience as we share God's love with the elderly.

2) Street Clean Up, Bryanston
We are going to beautify and serve our local community by cleaning the streets in Bryanston. We’ll be cleaning along Main Road, Winnie Mandela Drive and surrounding areas. We will be the practical hands of Jesus to our neighbours.

3) Ministering to the elderly in Cosmo, Cosmo City
We will be welcoming some of the elderly in Cosmo City to join us at our church in Cosmo for a morning of ministry, pedicures and hand care and fellowship. We will be serving alongside the members of our Cosmo City Church so come and join us as we make an impact in Cosmo City

4) Donations toward toiletries for St Mary’s Children’s Home
We will be collecting basic toiletries for the children and teenagers at
St Mary’s Children’s Home. Some suggested items are: Face cloths,
soap, toothpaste & tooth brushe, body cream, Vaseline, sanitary
products, deodorants. Any items can be dropped off at the donation
box in the foyer on Sunday.

5) Random Act of Kindness (RAK)
You can choose whatever you feel the Lord is putting on your heart to do to bless others, in and around the Servolution date. To put RAK into action, you can team up with friends or choose an initiative as a family or decide to randomly bless someone as you are led.

Whatever you choose to do, let’s impact our community in a spirit of generosity. We will bless the people around us as we serve them with the heart of Christ through these New Life Church Servolution initiatives.
