Welcome back to Sunday Services at New Life Church. This FAQ’s page has been created to help you with all the processes we have put in place so that you can have the best in-person Sunday Service experience. As per the COVID-19 regulations, we can allow 100 people per venue to attend. We will start off slowly with a safely phased approach, respecting personal boundaries, but with the touch of God and the warmth of being together.

1) How do we best protect ourselves personally to safely attend services?

We will all wear masks covering our mouths and noses
Elbow or foot tap greetings only, social distancing keeping us all safe!
If you are not feeling well or have had contact with someone who has tested positive in the last 14 days, please stay home and enjoy the online services.

 2) What is New Life doing to keep us as safe as possible?

Our team will frequently disinfect surfaces throughout the building and we will sanitize the auditorium between services.
Sanitizing stations will be available.
We will gather in groups of no more than 100 people per venue.

3) How do we book for services?

Booking is essential at the New Life Bryanston campus, free of charge, to ensure we stay within the numbers limit.
You will be able to reserve your seat on our Website from  15 March 2021.
Please bring your e- tickets with you on Sundays (printed or electronically on your phone). Unfortunately no tickets will be available at the door.

4) Are Kidslife, Inside Out or New Life Students open?

Very happy news! Kidslife, Inside Out and New Life Students for Juniors will also be open from Sunday 21st March at 9am observing safety, social distancing and sanitization precautions.
The Kidslife Building will accommodate children aged 4 to 13 years (including Inside Out - ages 11 to 13).
Please note that we will open for children under the age of 4 in due course, as soon as we feel it appropriate to do so.
New Life Students for Juniors (Grades 8 to 10) will gather in the Pastor’s Lounge in the Kidslife Building as the venue can be kept separate from the Kidslife venue.
New Life Students for Seniors (Grades 11 and 12) are invited to join the adult services from 21st March. We will announce when we offer separate New Life Students for Seniors Sunday gatherings after current number regulations per venue have been officially increased.

5) Can we do group bookings?

We humbly suggest, for the convenience of all, that group bookings are not advisable.

6) When can I book my ticket?

Tickets will be available online weekly for each Sunday from a  Monday before the service.

7) Is there any other general information?

Thank you for taking up your seats as soon as possible after arriving.
There will be no Life Café available as we need to abide to the social distancing parameters.
The good news for those who need to take extra care of their health, we are continuing to Livestream both services as well! Click HERE to enjoy the online services on Sunday.
Connect Groups will continue online for this term.
It would be also be good to download the COVID Alert app as encouraged by the President.

Thank you for your grace and patience as we safely negotiate our new normal!
