At New Life Church our vision is to inspire everyone to love God, love others as ourselves, and impact the world for Christ. One of our four pillars is to impact the city and beyond through our Servolution Programme.

We have identified several Servolution initiatives where, as a church, we can serve our city and make a difference.

  • Our first area for you to serve should you feel lead to donate something, is to provide cotton nappies for the United Cerebral Palsy Association. This association is home to nearly 40 children and young adults all of whom suffer the effects of Cerebral Palsy. One of their greatest needs is for cotton nappies for their day to day operations. We will therefore have a nappy donation box in the foyer where you can drop cotton nappies for collection.
  • The second initiative will be a outreach day to the Cresset House in Midrand on the 21st of July 2018. The Cresset House is a community which provides a ‘home away from home’ for adults living with intellectual disabilities. The day will involve a variety of fun activities like worship, baking, craft, building a volleyball court etc.
  • Our third opportunity will be to offer your time to serve at our Diepsloot Centre by painting the palisade fence and fellowshipping together on the 21st of July 2018.
  • Lastly we would like to encourage you if any of the above initiatives don’t appeal to you to feel welcome to create your own opportunity for random acts of kindness in and round your communities or workplaces.
